so apparently i am not the only one who had a really rough week (specifically tuesday and wednesday). pretty much everyone i have talked to this week has been under attack in one way or another. maybe it was because we are entering this lent season, maybe it's because satan wants to stir trouble for newhope because he knows exactly what's coming, or maybe it's because you're going places spiritually you have never been before.
after speaking with a wise friend at church today, she reminded me that we are to have no fear and we are to EXPECT to be attacked. so what are you going to do? how are you going to handle it? armor yourself. remind yourself who is victorious. get in the word. intercede for those around you going through the same thing.
be encouraged. be strengthened. be flattered satan is wasting his time pulling out all the stops on you. you can tell him where to go :)

Amen. I hear you - it has been a tough week. But greater is He who in us than he who is in the world. Hang in there...
