trumpet man

so my dinner did not defrost as quickly as i needed it to, so we went to golden corral off 55. it was wing night with not a wing in sight. hilarious.

we sit in the extra room section and no one else was in there. about 5 minutes later i hear some music start up.....and a live trumpet. it was loud enough that we couldn't hear eachother speak, but that's ok since brian and i don't talk especially during dinner anyway.

it was just so cute. it was like the background track was especially designed for a trumpet soloist. he played "the rose" and the other harmonies were trumpets as well. he was so sweet. i wanted to request " buy you a drank" (the christian bradley and marissa version of course) or "get it shawty", but i figured he might not know those songs yet.

i definitely got my money's worth at the good ol GC tonight!
