i got sleep!

we gave the kids their baths last night, and started putting them to bed. brian and i had planned to watch "deja vu" afterwards. we usually have to put corban down to bed first to fall asleep since he and chase share a room. so i let chase lay in my bed for a few minutes as we waited....well i laid down next to him and was OUT like a light at 8:15pm. i slept with my jeans and jacket on all night-didn't wake up until 8am. it was glorious.

poor brian cleaned the kitchen for me, after my mess of making pancit. and he figured out i wasn't coming down to watch the movie. poor guy! but it's all good, he goes to bed before me like every night until i wake him up to talk and what not. :)

i can't believe it's friday already. we have growing kid's god's way tonight and then HOPEchest (where we give free clothes and baby items) in the morning. i can't wait! last time, michelle hogue and i stood in front of the neighboring apartment complex inviting everyone and praying over them. it was a blast. the people from the community really come out for this-i encourage you all to come and meet these wonderful people! you all know that when you serve, you are the one who goes home feeling blessed. it's from 9am-noon at newhope! come and get some free clothes, bring some if you have some to share with others-there will be free snacks too! invite everyone you know!
