go to bed

i need to go to bed. it's midnight and everyone is asleep at my house except me as usual. i just can't go to bed early! i ran some errands tonight and stopped over at the 919 service to help with the food. i got there late, so i missed pretty much everything, but jason gore's worship team is pretty awesome. there were a few of them that played with him tonight that were also on our harvest crusade youth rally worship team. it was fun catching up with those guys. (and they loved alicia's meatballs, by the way).

i came home before 10pm and brian was already in bed. boo. he is so old. so i have been on the computer and catching up on some DVR'd shows that i can't watch while the kids are awake. (not just due to content matter, but the fact my kids don't tolerate anything i watch if it's not on noggin or disney).

i've been listening to the songs we're doing sunday at church and trying to prepare. i'm pumped for it. yall better be there sunday! just because easter is over doesn't mean you slack already! hahahaha. it's our last sunday to "crank it up"!

oh and we looked at laptops last night. it looks like i will FINALLY have a computer during the day very soon!!!!!

i made salsa chicken tonight and i did not feel like eating it. in fact, i didn't touch it. i made brown rice in my microwave rice cooker and messed it up somehow. how lame. i think the smell of the chicken just grossed me out. i also took a nap at 11am and felt drugged and had a dream about a tornado coming. bad smells and sleeping in the middle of the day---i better not be pregnant, but i am just not myself lately.

i love my kids. they are just growing so fast and i have really been enjoying my time with them. they are sweet and loving, not to mention absolutely hilarious. callie is loving her purse, her pink shoes, and her pop music. even though she is rough with her brothers and can hold her own, she is such a girly girl and i love it. i also love my husband. even though i only saw him for 30 minutes today, he's my best friend and i love where we are right now.

wow, reading over this blog entry just shows how scatter brained i am after midnight (or in general). goodnight my friends.

Awww. What a great life. Sounds like you are not so much scatterbrained, but bombarded with many, many happy distractions--the best kind to have ;)

See you Sunday....I hope the Evanescence song wins so I can hear you sing it :)
